So, this house is not old, and not "technically" fresh as it has been on the market for awhile but it has an old soul and is timeless in architecture which never goes "stale" I call "FRESH BRICK" on this one. French Country Chateau located in Hamilton's most prestigious area. Custom built in 1986 by the Goldblatt family. Fresh Features: The front exterior is clad in imported, hand cut limestone; The circular front drive is made of original English cobblestones; a side lane way leads through a private, landscaped courtyard; Enter through a gracious front foyer into a 2 storey, cream coloured marble and mirror clad, domed rotunda with skylights and marble baseboards; All doors are solid wood with antique brass hardware and hinges throughout;Windows were custom made to maintain and enhance the French Chateau theme; 10 ft. high ceilings throughout the main floor.
