• This house should have sold FAST
• Its a unique home offering a once in a life time opportunity to live in the city's MOST prestigious neighbourhood
• 73 Aberdeen which sold earlier this year (across the street) is a much GRANDER and character rich home. Hands down wins on HOUSE in my opinion (see related links below). 
• That being said, this home wins on LOT and offers greater potential overall. The decor is dated but can easily become a "10" with good design choices and updates.
