WHERE DOES FRESH BRICK COME FROM?
FreshBrick came about in a brainstorm with my car pooler. I wanted something fun that celebrated the homes I was passionate about featuring. 'FRESH', in its urban dictionary definition, indicates the homes are awesome (highly approved by me), but is also a nice juxtaposition to the fact that they are older homes. There’s nothing fresher than a classic!
Its also a play on the real estate expression, “Fresh Listing.” Whether new to the market or unlisted – these homes all have one thing in common – they are FRESH pieces of Brick (brick symbolic of the home itself. A recognizable icon - whether constructed from brick or not).

I love character homes and my passion has led me on an incredible character journey. I wouldn't say that I am a risk taker but I follow my heart and go for what I love. My intention has never been to move up the ladder, but rather to not be anchored by anything in life -- its too short (both my mother and my wife’s mother passed away when we were in our 20s). If I see an opportunity I go for it – and if it doesn't work out, that’s cool too. I could still live in every house I’ve owned today.
