LET'S GO to SIMCOE!

111 Colborne St S, Simcoe, ON circa 1906

This grand olde lady is stirring up quite the storm on the internet from thousands of FRESH BRICK lovers (14,000 and counting) who are contemplating RELOCATION! RELOCATION! RELOCATION!

Forget the old tagline, "Its worth the drive to Acton.". Orange is the new black. 60 is the new 40. And Simcoe is the new Acton!

Located in beautiful Norfolk County (Port Dover to Long Point), Simcoe is just 55 minutes from Hamilton. Pair that with a $365,000 list price and you're a fool to not consider moving.

And no need to pinch yourself or pour cold water over your head. I promise you, there isn't a "1" missing from that price tag. Nor is there a crack house located next door. And pretty sure nobody faced a gruesome death here. Seriously, all scenarios have been joked about on my social media post.

YES, it is hard to believe this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,185 square foot home home -- and all her drool inducing character glory -- could be yours for an anemic $365K, BUT believe it.

One person on social media said they put in offer in on this house 4 years ago but were outbid. They said the home is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures don't do it justice. Given Tom Vogel's photos are doggone heavenly this comment has some serious stock to it.

And if you needed a final nudge in the right direction, another commenter reconfirmed this home's glory, sharing, "My friend lived her for 5 years and it is stunning!"

Say no more, SOLD! But seriously, it will be if you don't act soon.

For all the old home voyeurs out there, enjoy Tom's photos below.
