Doug and Tricia would like to thank all their clients and friends for their support in such a strange year.
They predict that the market will begin in 2021 where we left off (with plenty of demand, but not a lot of inventory). It's likely that it will settle down as we move into the year, but it should remain a strong seller’s market with prices continuing to increase. Detached homes will see the most demand, but all property categories will continue to experience growth.
PS, Doug and Tricia have a couple of good character listings coming up in early 2021, but you will need to stay posted for those details!
