The front facade of this charming board and batten century cottage is heritage designated. Constructed in 1860, the residence at 200 Hatt St. was built as a store and dwelling for Thomas VanNoble who had owned the lot for many years.
I am pretty much obsessed. The primitive character and patina is pure perfection. And the William Morris style wallpaper is #everything (Dear future owners, please do not tear that down!).

I am seriously drooling like crazy over this one and the price doesn't help either at an unheard of $327,000! It is extremely rare to see a home come along with this level of original character and at a price that is palatable even for first time home-buyers.
FreshBrick lovers heed my advice and act quickly if you are even thinking of this one because I can GUARANTEE it will not last!

ReplyDeleteCool. Thanks for sharing. Looks great but I miss a lot of the old charm. Especially that Morris wallpaper.
