I've always had a fondness of MPA as my wife and I purchased our first home here (No. 136) in 2005 (lucky 13 years ago!). We have since moved on, but I would not hesitate returning for the right place. In fact, we almost bought No. 21 in 2014 for just over $500K, but found something even more perfect and still live there today (until the next temptation at least!).

The stretch of Mountain Park where No. 69 resides, west of Upper Wentworth, is especially drool-worthy, featuring an exclusive enclave of both late nineteenth and early twentieth century homes. Not to mention several modern new builds on severed lots or sites of razed homes. The north side addresses are extra brag-worthy as they overlook the entire city of Hamilton from the mountain's edge. Jaw dropping to say the least! And no. 69 is no exception. I absolutely love how listing agent Jeannie Crawford says, "Views from all 3 levels...we're not talking about standing on your tiptoes in an upstairs bathroom to see a glimpse of water." And she's not kidding!!! Million dollar views for days here -- $1.25 million dollar views to be precise!

2013 - Sold for $530,000 ($89,900 under asking). 5 beds + 3 baths. Note lot size was 92ft x 153 ft.

2015 - Sold for $780,000 ($31,000 over asking). 4 beds (-1) + 4 baths (+1). Note, lot was severed to 40ft x 153ft.

2018 - Active at $1,250,000. 4 beds + 5 baths (+1). Note a new home has been built on the severed lot next door (with pool!)
