53 Cross Street was re-listed at $2,650,000 and sold for $2,662,000 (listed with Steve Roblin). This 19th century home was also once two semis, converted into single family living. Must have been a trend in Dundas back in the day! Anyways, Cross Street is a DREAM and this home fits the bill.
